With regard to obligations recorded in the Article 44 of the Private Insurance and Reinsurance Mediation Law, 26/2006, July 17th, Borrás-Vázquez-Cameselle, member of Artai, Correduría de Seguros, S.A., has made an independent and outsorced customer service in order to meet and solve complaints that costumer may make regarding its interests and legally recognised rights. To do that, the costumer must send a written communication to INADE (Instituto Atlántico del Seguro), Servicio de Atención a Clientes ARTAI, c/La Paz 2 - Bajo, 36202 - Vigo.
